1. Agreement Scope
These terms govern every booking, lesson, refresher module and course you purchase from Verulavi, whether you book online, by phone or in person. By confirming a booking you accept these conditions on behalf of yourself and, where relevant, on behalf of a minor student you are enrolling.
2. Booking and Payment
All lessons and courses require a booking confirmation before a slot is reserved. Depending on the package, we may ask for a deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance before the first lesson or in instalments agreed in writing.
- Deposits are refundable up to the cancellation window stated in your booking confirmation
- Instalment plans must be agreed with our office before the first session
- Prices shown on the website are per student and include the training vehicle, fuel and standard insurance
- Exam fees charged by the licensing authority are separate and are not collected by us
3. Student Obligations
You agree to arrive on time for each lesson, bring your valid driving licence, and inform your instructor of any medical condition, medication or eyesight issue that could affect your ability to drive safely. You also agree not to attend a lesson under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs driving.
If you arrive without a valid licence, clearly unfit to drive, or more than fifteen minutes late, the instructor may cancel the session and charge it as delivered. This is not a penalty but a protection for other students on the schedule and for road safety.
4. Instructor Conduct and Vehicle Condition
Verulavi instructors are licensed, insured and trained to current industry standards. Every training vehicle is fitted with dual controls, is regularly serviced, and is inspected before each working day. If you ever feel uncomfortable with an instructor, you may request a replacement without giving a reason and without any penalty.
5. Liability and Insurance
All training vehicles carry the insurance required by local law for driving instruction. While every reasonable precaution is taken, Verulavi is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage caused by a student who deliberately ignores an instructor's instruction, drives recklessly, or misrepresents their ability to drive safely.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where the lessons are delivered.
6. Changes, Suspension and Termination
We may adjust lesson times, instructors or course schedules where genuinely necessary, always giving you reasonable notice and an equivalent alternative slot. We may suspend or terminate a student's enrolment if a student repeatedly violates safety rules, is abusive to staff, or attempts to use our vehicles for any purpose other than training.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location where your lessons take place. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
